摘要:
目的：观察强脉冲光（Intense pulsed light，IPL）联合富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma，PRP）注射治疗玫瑰 痤疮的临床效果。方法：选取2021年5月-2022年2月笔者医院收治的60例玫瑰痤疮患者，并随机分成IPL组（n=30，IPL治 疗）和联合组（n =30，IPL联合PRP注射治疗）。于治疗前后进行症状量化评定，同时检测角质层含水量、经皮水分 损失量（Transepidermal water loss ，TEWL）、油脂等皮肤屏障功能，评估两组治疗结束后1个月的总有效率，并记录 不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组各症状评分、总分及TEWL均明显低于治疗前（P＜0.05），且联合组均明显低于 IPL 组（P＜0.05）；两组角质层含水量、油脂含量均明显高于治疗前（P＜0.05），且联合组均明显高于IPL组（P＜0.05）；联合组 总有效率为86.67%，明显高于IPL组的63.33%（P＜0.05）；联合组不良反应发生率为6.67%，明显低于IPL组的26.67%（P＜0.05）。结 论：IPL联合PRP注射治疗玫瑰痤疮效果显著，可明显改善患者皮肤屏障功能，有效促进症状消退，且不良反应较少。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intense pulsed light (IPL) combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection in the treatment of rosacea. Methods From May 2021 to February 2022, 60 patients with rosacea who were admitted to the author’s hospital were taken and randomly grouped into IPL group (n=30, IPL treatment) and combination group (n=30, IPL combined with PRP injection treatment). Symptoms were quantitatively assessed before and after treatment, and skin physiological parameters such as stratum corneum water content, transepidermal water loss (TEWL), and oil were detected, and the total eff ective rate of the two groups at one month after treatment was evaluated, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results After treatment, the symptom scores, total score and TEWL of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment (P ＜0.05), and the combination group were obviously lower than those of the IPL group (P＜0.05); the water content and oil content of the stratum corneum in the two groups were obviously higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the combined group were obviously higher than the IPL group (P＜0.05); the total eff ective rate of the combined group was 86.67%, which was obviously higher than 63.33% of the IPL group (P＜0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 6.67%, which was obviously lower than 26.67% of the IPL group (P＜0.05). Conclusion IPL combined with PRP injection therapy show signifi cant effi cacy for rosacea patients, it can obviously ameliorate skin physiological parameters, eff ectively promote symptom subsidence, and has fewer adverse reactions.
