摘要:
目的：系统评价iRoot BP Plus 在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的临床疗效。方法：通过电子检索PubMed、Medline、 Cochrane 、EMBASE、CENTRAL等英文数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库和维普资讯等中文数 据库，搜集年轻恒牙中关于iRoot BP Plus 活髓切断临床疗效的文献，文献检索时间截至2022年4月1日，由2名研究者 进行文献筛选、提取数据及风险偏倚评价，采用Revman 5.4 进行Meta分析。结果：此系统评价已在PROSPERO注册（编号 CRD42022319065 ）。共检索到470篇文献，最终纳入12篇研究。结果提示年轻恒牙中，iRoot BP Plus 活髓切断术后3个月 （P＜0.001）、6个月（P＜0.001）、12个月（P＜0.001）的成功率均高于氢氧化钙，在iRoot BP Plus 中的牙本质钙化桥 形成时间短于氢氧化钙（P=0.008）。与矿物三氧化物聚集体（Mineral trioxide Aggregate,MTA）相比，两者成功率相似 （P=0.950），但MTA的牙体变色率明显高于iRoot BP Plus （P＜0.001）。结论：iRoot BP Plus 在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的 临床疗效优于氢氧化钙；成功率与MTA相似，但牙齿变色率低。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical effi cacy of iRoot BP Plus in the pulpotomy therapy with immature permanent teeth. Methods Databases, including PubMed 、Medline(Ovid),The Cochrane Library,Web of science,EMBASE, CNKI, WANFANG and VIP information updated until April 1st, 2022 , were searched and high-quality literatures related to the comparison of the application eff ect of iRoot BP Plus in pulpotomy therapy for young permanent teeth was collected. Literature screening, data extraction and quality evaluation were conducted by 2 researchers separately. Data processing and statistical analysis were performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results This system evaluation was registered with PROSPERO (number CRD42022319065). A total of 12 eligible studies from 470 potentially relevant studies were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The success rate of iRoot BP Plus group was signifi cant higher than that of calcium hydroxide group after pulpotomy treatment at 3 months (P ＜0.001), 6 months (P＜0.001) and 12 months (P＜0.001), separately. Moreover, the formation of calcifi ed dentin bridge in iRoot BP Plus group was more eff ective than that in calcuim hydroxide group (P=0.008). There was no signifi cant diff erence in the success rate of pulpotomy therapy with the iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group (P=0.950), however, the tooth discoloration in the iRoot BP Plus group was signifi cantly less than that in the MTA group (P ＜0.001). Conclusion The clinical outcomes of pulpotomy therapy with iRoot BP Plus were signifi cant better than that with calcium hydroxide in immature permanent teeth. The success rate of pulpotomy therapy with iRoot BP plus was similar to that of MTA, but the conditions of tooth discoloration were signifi cant reduced while using iRoot BP plus.
