船形减张缝合在较大张力性创面修复中的应用-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: 目的：探讨船形减张缝合对于张力较大创面术后愈合状态的影响。方法：选取2021年1月-2022年6月于笔者科室就诊的40例张力较大创面患者，按缝合方式的不同分为对照组（n=20，运用改良全埋没垂直褥式缝合法）和实验组（n=20，运用船形减张缝合法）。统计比较两组术后创口愈合情况及患者满意度。结果：术后6个月内，实验组术后创口愈合状态优于对照组（P ＜0.05），实验组创口再次裂开占比低于对照组（P＜0.05），实验组创口完全愈合只进行1次手术的比例高于对照组（P ＜0.05），实验组患者对创口愈合的满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对高张力性创口采用船形减张缝合方式进行缝合可有效减张，促进创口愈合，减少术后裂开的风险，患者满意度高。

Abstract:: Objective To investigate the effect of Ship-shaped tension-reducing suture method on postoperative healing of tension wounds. Methods Forty patients with large tension wounds who were treated in the author’s department from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (n=20, using the modifi ed totally buried vertical mattress suture method) and the experimental group (n=20, using the boat-shaped tension reduction suture method) according to the diff erent suture methods. The postoperative wound healing and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Within 6 months after operation, the postoperative wound healing status of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05), the proportion of re-dehiscence of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the proportion of the experimental group with complete wound healing and only one operation was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the satisfaction score of the experimental group with wound healing was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The boat-shaped tension-reducing suture method can eff ectively reduce tension, promote wound healing, reduce the risk of postoperative dehiscence, and has a high satisfaction rate of patients.
