目的:筛选最优处方制备含蒺藜与百部的微乳凝胶面膜,研究蒺藜与百部中药提取物的抗氧化活性及酪氨酸酶活性 抑制作用。方法:通过构建伪三元相图和正交试验筛选微乳形成的最优处方;通过对中药面膜稳定性考察和感官评价判断 面膜质量;采用2,2-联苯基-1-苦基肼基(2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, DPPH)自由基和超氧阴离子自由基清除实验 考察中药提取物的体外抗氧化作用,并对中药提取物和中药面膜抑制酪氨酸酶活性作用进行研究。结果:微乳平均粒径为 35.26 nm ,PDI为0.029,理化性质稳定;中药面膜稳定性和感官评价良好。中药提取物对于DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由 基清除能力稍弱于维生素C,抗氧化性良好;中药提取物和中药面膜对酪氨酸酶活性具有较好的抑制作用,稍弱于维生素C (P<0.05),具有良好的美白作用。结论:本研究确定了含蒺藜、百部的复方中药微乳凝胶面膜的最佳制备处方,制备的 面膜粘度适中,易于涂抹,稳定性良好,具有良好的抗氧化和美白作用。
Abstract:
Objective The optimal formula of the microemulsion gel mask containing Tribulus terrestris and Stemona Stemona was screened, and the antioxidant activity and tyrosinase activity inhibition of extracts from Tribulus terrestris and Stemona Stemona were studied. Methods The optimal formulation of microemulsion was screened by constructing pseudo ternary phase diagram and orthogonal test. The quality of Chinese herbal masks was judged by the stability investigation and sensory evaluation. DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical scavenging experiments were used to investigate the antioxidant activity of Chinese herbal extracts in vitro, and the inhibitory eff ects of Chinese herbal extracts and Chinese herbal masks on tyrosinase activity were studied. Results The average particle size of microemulsion is 35.26 nm, PDI is 0.029, and its physicochemical properties are stable. The stability and perception of Chinese herbal masks are well evaluated. The scavenging ability of Chinese herbal extract for DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical is slightly weaker than that of vitamin C, and the antioxidant activity is good. Chinese herbal extracts and Chinese herbal masks have a good inhibitory eff ect on tyrosinase activity, which is slightly weaker than vitamin C (P <0.05) and has a good whitening eff ect. Conclusion In this study, the best preparation formula of compound Chinese medicine microemulsion gel mask containing Tribulus terrestris and Stemona Stemona was determined. The prepared mask has moderate viscosity, easy application, good stability, good antioxidation and whitening eff ect.
