目的:利用数字化照相技术研究三种消毒剂对口腔专用树脂比色板颜色的影响,筛选出对比色板颜色影响较小的消毒 方式,为比色板临床消毒提供参考。方法:选取同一规格树脂比色板色片40粒,随机平均分成4组,每组10粒,其中三组为 实验组,分别浸泡于75%酒精溶液、500 mg/L含氯消毒溶液及1 000 mg/L双链季铵盐溶液中;一组为对照组,干燥保存。60 d 后,对比分析各组颜色发生的改变。结果:实验组色片经浸泡后,组间颜色变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),500 mg/L 含氯消毒剂对比色片颜色影响最小,1 000 mg/L双链季铵盐溶液次之,75%酒精溶液最大。结论:在颜色稳定性方面,优先推 荐500 mg/L氯制剂溶液用于口腔树脂比色板的消毒。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ects of three disinfectants on the color of a dental resin color chart using digital photography, and to select the disinfection method with minimal impact on the color of the color chart, providing a reference for clinical disinfection of the color chart. Methods Forty color chips of the same specifi cation resin color chart were randomly selected and divided into four groups, with 10 chips in each group. Three groups were experimental groups, immersed in 75% alcohol solution,500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant solution, and 1 000 mg/L double-chain quaternary ammonium solution, respectively; the remaining group served as the control group and was stored in a dry state. Sixty days later, the changes in color in each group were compared and analyzed. Results There was a signifi cant diff erence in color changes between the experimental groups after immersion (P <0.01). The 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant solution had the least impact on the color chart, followed by the 1 000 mg/L double-chain quaternary ammonium solution, and the 75% alcohol solution had the greatest impact. Conclusion In terms of color stability, the 500 mg/L chlorine solution is recommended as the preferred disinfectant for dental resin color charts.
