摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨假体联合生物膜修复重建乳腺癌根治术后乳房形态的临床效果。方法：将2015年1月-2017年12月在笔者医
院接受乳腺癌根治术后修复重建的17例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予术后一期强生假体置入及生物膜覆盖修复
重建，观察其临床效果。结果：17例患者术后乳房形态良好，16例表示满意，满意度为94.12%；仅有1例（5.88%）患者出现
血肿，经对应处理后血肿消失；随访1年，无乳腺癌局部复发及远处转移。结论：乳腺癌根治术后给予假体联合生物膜修复
重建，能够改善乳房形态，提高患者满意度，减少并发症发生，值得推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of prosthesis combined with biofilm for breast reconstruction after radical
mastectomy. Methods 17 patients with breast cancer repaired and rebuilt after radical mastectomy in our hospital from
January 2015 to December 2017 were studied. All patients were given the first stage of Johnson prosthesis implantation and
biofilm repair and reconstruction, and the clinical effect was observed. Results The patients had good breast shape after
operation. 16 patients were satisfied the effect, and the satisfaction rate was 94.12%. Only one case (5.88%) had hematoma, and
the hematoma disappeared after corresponding treatment. No recurrence or distant metastasis of breast cancer was followed up
for 1 year. Conclusion Prosthesis combined with biofilm reconstruction after radical mastectomy can improve breast shape,
improve patient satisfaction, and have few complications. It is worth popularizing.
