摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨携带感觉神经的示指背皮瓣在拇指皮肤缺损修复中的临床应用。方法：2009年1月-2017年12月，笔者医院
利用带有感觉神经的示指背皮瓣修复了20例拇指皮肤缺损患者，切取皮瓣大小1.3cm×1.5cm～2.1cm×2.5cm，示指背供瓣区
行中厚皮片移植。结果：本组所有皮瓣、皮片都成活，所有患者随访6～18个月，手指功能、外观良好，皮瓣两点辨别觉为
6.5～10mm（平均7.8mm），供瓣区无明显瘢痕形成。结论：携带感觉神经的示指背皮瓣修复拇指皮肤缺损创面疗效较佳，易
于基层医院推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical application of dorsal index finger skin flap with sensory nerve in repairing skin and
soft tissue defects of the thumb. Methods From January 2009 to December 2017, 20 cases of distal thumb defect were repaired
with dorsal digital flaps. The size of the flaps ranged from 1.3cm×1.5cm to 2.1cm×2.5cm. The donor sites were covered with
free skin grafting. Results All the flaps survived and were followed up from 6 to 18 months. The fingers had satisfactory
appearances and functions. The two-point discrimination of the flap was 6.5-10 mm(average,7.8mm). There was no obvious
scar in donor area. Conclusion The dorsal index finger skin flap with sensory nerve is effective in repairing skin defect of the
thumb,easy popularization in basic hospital.
