[摘要]目的：探究序贯压力康复措施结合护理干预对成人手部烧伤瘢痕形成患者的功能恢复及预后的影响，为临床诊治提供
相关依据。方法：选择2016年10月-2018年9月在笔者医院进行治疗的成人手部烧伤瘢痕形成患者80例为研究对象，按照随
机数表法，随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施常规护理措施，研究组实施序贯压力康复措施结合护理干预。1个月后，
比较分析两组患者的手部功能康复状况，患者对康复状况满意度、焦虑与抑郁程度及并发症发生情况。结果：研究组手功
能康复总有效率（92.50%）显著高于对照组（72.50%），两组比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组对功能恢复的满意
度（95.00%）显著高于对照组（70.00%），两组比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组焦虑自评量表（SAS）评
分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分明显低于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组并发症发生率（7.50%）显著
低于对照组（20.00%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：序贯压力康复措施结合护理干预对成人手部烧伤瘢痕形成
患者进行治疗能够明显恢复患者手部功能，具有较高的安全性，同时能够降低患者焦虑、抑郁程度，提高生活质量，值得临
床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of sequential stress rehabilitation measures combined with nursing intervention
on functional recovery and prognosis of adult hand burn scar formation patients, and provide relevant evidence for clinical
diagnosis and treatment. Methods Eighty patients with adult hand burn scar formation who were treated in our hospital from
October 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group
according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, and patients
in the study group were treated with sequential stress rehabilitation measures combined with nursing intervention. One month
later, the hand function status, anxiety and depression, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The
total effective rate of the study group (92.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.50%), the two groups
were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The satisfaction of the study group on functional recovery (95.00%) was significantly
higher than that of the control group (70.00%), and the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). After treatment,
the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group, the two groups were statistically
significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group (7.50%) was significantly lower than that in the
control group (20.00%), the two groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Sequential pressure rehabilitation
measures combined with nursing intervention for the treatment of adult hand burn scar formation patients can significantly
restore the patient’s hand function, and have a higher safety, while reducing the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the
quality of life, it is worthwhile clinical promotion.
