[摘要]住院医师规范化培训制度已在我国深入开展，整形美容外科由于专业自身特点和教学条件，规培学员培训体系建立和
实际运用还存在较多不足。学生理论基础薄弱，教学偏重于手术实践，缺乏系统化全面性的统一教学计划，无法满足当前住
院医师规范化培训的整体需求。随着互联网及移动设备应用的普及，教学方式也应逐渐多元化。拟构建基于网络信息化教学
体系，搭建网络信息化平台，建立多种基于网络信息化教学形式和考核形式，建立完善的督导机制和质量评估体系，弥补目
前整形美容外科规培教学上的不足，培养出我国整形美容外科医学事业的高质量综合型临床人才。

Abstract:

Abstract: In China, the standardized training system for the resident doctors has been deeply carried out. Due to the discipline
characteristics and teaching facilities of plastic surgery, there are still defi ciencies in the establishment and practical application
of the training system for planned trainees. Students’ weak theoretical foundation, heavy emphasis on surgical practice, and
lack of systematic and comprehensive unifi ed schedules, can not meet the overall needs of the current cultivation. At present,
with the popularization of the Internet and mobile devices, teaching methods are gradually diversifi ed. We are about to build
a teaching system, construct a platform, establish various forms of teaching and examination, and set up a perfect supervision
mechanism and quality evaluation system all based on network information, to make up for any defi ciencies on the plastic
surgery’s teaching approach at the moment, fostering more high-quality and comprehensive clinical talents for plastic surgery
medical enterprise.
