[摘要]目的：探讨微信视频健康教育对微创拔牙患者牙科焦虑反应的影响。方法：选取2019年3月-4月于笔者科室微创拔除
阻生牙的70例患者为对照组，采用常规健康教育。选取2019年5月-6月于笔者科室微创拔除阻生牙的70例患者为观察组，采
用微信视频健康教育。比较两组患者对于拔牙知识掌握、手术过程中的心率变化、牙科焦虑等情况。结果：观察组的拔牙
知识知晓率高于对照组，牙科焦虑评估表分数（Modified dental anxiety scale，MDAS）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。观察组麻醉药注射时、拔牙开始后的HR低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：微信视频教育能
够促进微创拔牙患者对相关知识的掌握，缓解牙科焦虑水平，稳定生命体征。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of WeChat video health education on dental anxiety response of minimally invasive
dental extraction patients. Methods 70 patients with impacted teeth extracted by minimally invasive method in our department
from March to April 2019 were selected as the control group, and they were received routine health education. 70 patients
with impacted teeth extracted by minimally invasive method in our department from May to June 2019 were selected as the
observation group, and they were received Video health education by WeChat. The two groups were compared of the knowledge
of extraction and the changes of heart rate. Results The awareness rate of tooth extraction knowledge in the observation
group was higher than that in the control group, and the score of dental anxiety assessment scale (MDAS) after education was
lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). The heart rate of the observation
group were lower than those of the control group at the time of anesthetic injection and the beginning of tooth extraction, the
difference was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Video education of WeChat can promote the mastery of relevant
knowledge, alleviate dental anxiety and stabilize vital signs of patients with minimally invasive extraction.
