摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨美学复合树脂分层堆塑技术修复前牙缺损的临床疗效。方法：以2015年9月-2017年11月收治的39例前牙缺
损患者的64颗患牙为研究对象，全部患者均在硅橡胶导板引导下使用3M Z350XT美学树脂分层修复前牙缺损，术后随访2年，
并观察其疗效。结果：单颗患牙的平均操作时间为（78.56±9.23）min。2年随访期间，1颗患牙发生修复体内部折断，1颗
患牙存在敏感症状，2颗患牙发生了充填体变色，18颗患牙修复体发生着色需要进行再次抛光。结论：复合树脂分层修复技
术可以较好地模拟前牙外形及美学特征，适用于各种原因引起的前牙缺损，但其椅旁操作时间较长，远期疗效仍需观察。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterior teeth defects reparation using the multi-shade composite
resin restoration technique. Methods A total of 64 defective anterior teeth of 39 patients collected from September 2015 to
November 2017 were included in this study. All the cases were treated with Filtek Z350XT based on the multi-shade composite
resin restoration technique. Follow-up was performed for 2 years to observe its effect. Results The average operation time
was(78.56±9.23)min per tooth. During the 2-year follow-up period, 1 of the affected teeth had an internal fracture of the
restoration, 1 of the teeth had sensitive symptoms, 2 of the restorations had discoloration, and 18 of the restorations had
extrinsic stain and need to be re-polished. Conclusion The multi-shade composite resin restoration technique can simulate the
shape and aesthetic characteristics of the defective anterior teeth caused by various reasons properly. However, the operation
time of the restoration is too long and the long-term effect still needs to be observed.
