摘要:: [摘要]目的：分析强力纤维强化树脂夹板在牙周病松动牙中的应用及效果。方法：选择笔者医院2017年2月-2019年4月收治
的94例牙周病患者，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组47例。两组均予以完善的牙周基础治疗，研究组采用强力
纤维强化树脂夹板固定，对照组采用不锈钢丝联合树脂夹板固定。比较两组临床疗效、牙槽骨密度、牙周情况及牙周夹板满
意度。结果：研究组和对照组有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。固定前，两组牙齿骨密度差异比较无统计学意
义（P ＞0.05）；固定后，两组牙齿骨密度均增加，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。固定前，两组牙周探诊深度
（PD）、附着丧失（AL）、牙菌斑指数（PLI）比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；固定后，研究组PD、AL、PLI较固定
前无明显改变（P ＞0.05）；对照组PD、AL、PLI较固定前上升，研究组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。研究组舒适度和美观性高
于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：强力纤维强化树脂夹板对牙周病松动牙的固定效果显著，能够抑制牙槽骨吸收，改善患者舒
适度和美观，且对牙周状态的影响较小。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To analyze the application and effect of strong fiber reinforced resin splint in periodontal loose teeth.
Methods 94 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected and
divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. Both
groups received complete periodontal basal treatment, the research group was fixed with strong fiber reinforced resin splint,
while the control group was fixed with stainless steel wire combined with resin splint. Then clinical efficacy, alveolar bone
density, periodontal status and satisfaction of periodontal splint were compared between the two groups. Results There was no
significant difference between the effective rate of research group and control group (P ＞0.05). Before fixation, there was no
significant difference in bone density between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After fixation, the bone density of teeth in both groups
increased, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Before fixation, there was no significant
difference in periodontal depth (PD), attachment loss (AL), and plaque index (PLI) between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After
fixation, PD, AL and PLI in the research group were not significantly changed compared with that before fixation (P ＞0.05).
PD, AL and PLI in the control group were higher than those in the control group before fixation, while those in the research
group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The comfort and aesthetics of the research group were higher than
that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The strong fiber reinforced resin splint has a significant effect on the fixation
of the loosening pressure of periodontal disease, can inhibit the absorption of alveolar bone, improve comfort and beauty of
patients, and has little effect on the periodontal state.
