摘要:
[摘要]目的:探讨微种植体支抗治疗双颌前突对患者面部美观及头影测量值的影响。方法:选取2013年6月-2019年1月笔者
医院就诊的双颌前突患者82例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采取传统支抗,研究组采取微种
植体支抗。统计两组治疗时间、临床疗效、治疗前后头影测量值相关指标、并发症发生率及面部美观满意度。结果:研究
组排齐整平、精细调整及固定保持、关闭间隙时间短于对照组(P <0.05);研究组总有效率95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%
(P <0.05);治疗前,两组G-Sn-Pg’、Pg’B’-FH、Li-E、Ls-E、IMPA、L1-NB、U1-NA、U1-SN间比较无显著差异(P >
0.05),治疗后,研究组G-Sn-Pg’、Pg’B’-FH大于对照组,Li-E、Ls-E、IMPA、L1-NB、U1-NA、U1-SN低于对照组(P
<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(4.88%)低于对照组(19.51%)(P <0.05);研究组面部美观满意度(95.12%)高于对照
组(78.05%)(P <0.05)。结论:采取微种植体支抗治疗双颌前突患者,可缩短治疗时间,改善面部状况,提高整体治疗
效果,降低并发症发生风险,且面部美观满意度较高。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of micro-implant anchoragel treatment on the prognosis of facial aesthetics and
cephalometric values of patients with bimaxillary protrusion. Methods From June 2013 to January 2019, 82 patients
with bimaxillary protrusion in our hospital were divided into a research group and a control group according to the
random number table method, with 41 cases in each. The control group adopted traditional anchorage, and the research
group adopted micro-implant anchorage. The treatment time, clinical efficacy, related indexes of cephalometric
measurements before and after treatment, incidence of complications, and facial aesthetic satisfaction were counted.
Results In the study group, the time for alignment, fine adjustment, fixed maintenance, and closing of the gap was
shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05),the total effective rate of the study group (95.12%) was higher than that
of the control group (78.05%) (P <0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups
G-Sn-Pg’, Pg’B’-FH, Li-E, Ls-E, IMPA, L1-NB, U1-NA, U1-SN (P >0.05), after treatment, G-Sn-Pg ’and Pg’B’-FH in the
study group were greater than those in the control group, and Li-E, Ls-E, IMPA, L1-NB, U1-NA, and U1-SN were lower
than those in the control group (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group (4.88%) was lower than that in
the control group (19.51%) (P <0.05).The facial aesthetic satisfaction of the study group (95.12%) was higher than that of the
control group (78.05%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage treatment of patients with bimaxillary protrusion can
shorten the treatment time, improve the facial condition, improve the overall treatment effect, reduce the risk of complications,
and have a higher facial aesthetic satisfaction.
