摘要:
[摘要]目的：对双颌前突成年患者拔除4颗第一前磨牙，通过种植支抗内收，比较治疗前后软硬组织变化。方法：选择就诊
于笔者医院的成年双颌前突患者25例，平均年龄为21.2岁，采用标准直丝弓矫治技术，所有患者均拔除4颗第一前磨牙，应
用种植钉，进行强支抗内收牙弓。矫治后患者的磨牙和尖牙均达到中性关系。矫治前和矫治结束时在正中牙合位拍摄X线头颅
定位侧位片，进行测量分析。结果：种植支抗内收上、下前牙，内收约5mm，前牙内收角度5°～8°，下颌突距Li-SnPog’有
减小，上下唇E-line距都有减小。上唇A-A’距离治疗后有所减小，下唇长度有所增加。结论：采用种植钉支抗内收双颌前突
患者，能够改善患者侧貌，改善患者上下唇突度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective The extraction spaces of four first premolars were closed by implant anchorage in the cases of adult
patients with bimaxillary protrusion, and the changes of soft and hard tissues were compared before and after the treatment.
Methods 25 cases of bimaxillary protrusion were selected, which the average age was 21.2. All patients were treated with
straight wire appliance. Four first premolars were extracted and the extraction spaces were closed by implant anchorage. The
relationship of molar and canine was normal.Before and after the orthodontic treatment, X-ray cephalometric lateral films were
taken in the median occlusal position for measurement and analysis. Results The implant anchorage retracted the upper and
lower anterior teeth about 5 mm, the angle of retraction was about 5°-8°, Li-SnPog’ distance decreased,the distance between the
upper or lower lips and E-line decreased.The A-A ’distance decreased before and after treatment, and B-B’distance increased.
Conclusion Using implant anchorage can improve the profile and the degree of labial protrusion of patients with bimaxillary
protrusion.
