[摘要]目的：观察瓷贴面材料修复前牙间隙对患者美观满意度及咀嚼功能的影响。方法：取60例前牙间隙患者为研究对象，
随机分为观察组（n =30，患牙72颗）及对照组（n =30，患牙75颗），观察组采用瓷贴面治疗，对照组采用树脂进行治
疗，对两组患者的临床疗效、美观满意度及咀嚼功能进行分析。结果：治疗后，两组患者修复的有效率比较无显著性差
异（P ＞0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组患者的修复体完整性、边缘适合性和敏感性满意程度较高（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，
两组患者的咀嚼效率均明显改善，且观察组患者咀嚼效率明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：瓷贴面在前牙间隙修复中效
果显著，患者美观满意度高，咀嚼功能恢复好，是一种有效的修复方式。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of porcelain veneer on aesthetic satisfaction and masticatory function of patients
with anterior teeth space. Methods 60 patients with anterior teeth space were randomly divided into observation group (n =30,
72 teeth) and control group (n =30, 75 teeth). The observation group was treated with porcelain veneer, and the control group
was treated with resin. The curative effect, aesthetic satisfaction and chewing function of the two groups were analyzed.
Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of restoration between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Compared
with the control group, the patients in the observation group were satisfied with the integrity, marginal fitness and sensitivity
of the prosthesis(P ＜0.05). After treatment, the masticatory efficiency of the two groups were significantly improved, and the
masticatory efficiency of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Porcelain veneer is an effective method in the restoration of anterior teeth space with high aesthetic satisfaction and good
masticatory function.
