摘要:: 目的：采用Meta分析方法探讨腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣术式对预防Frey’s综合征的价值。方法：制定全面的检索策略，检索PubMed、EMBASE、ELSEVIER、OVIDMEDLINE、CNKI、万方数据库，筛选腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣与Frey’s综合征预防相关文献，Meta分析合并OR值。结果：有15项随机临床对照实验纳入Meta分析，累计病例1414例，其中对照组584例，合并OR=0.20，95%可信区间 [0.16,0.26] ，实验组较对照组Frey’s综合征发生率显著降低（P＜0.00001）。结论：采用腮腺咬肌筋膜下翻瓣术式可以有效预防Frey’s综合征的发生。

Abstract:: Objective To perform a Meta analysis to evaluate the use of flap operation under parotid masseter fascia in prevention of Frey’s syndrome in patients undergoing with parotidectomy. Methods A search of PubMed, EMBASE, ELSEVIER, OVIDMEDLINE, CNKI and WanFang Database was conducted using common text words combined with medical subject headings to capture the related studies. Data were collected and studies were pooled and OR were calculated. Results 15 studies were included for Meta analysis, including 1 414 patients in all in which there were 584 patients in the control group. The overall OR was 0.20, 95%CI was 0.16-0.26. There are statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group in the prevention of Frey’s syndrome(P＜0.00001). Conclusion Flap operation under parotid masseter fascia can be used in the patients undergoing with parotidectomy to reduce the incidence rate of Frey’s syndrome effectively.
