摘要:

目的：探讨瘢痕性下睑外翻就医者应用上睑双蒂肌皮瓣进行修复的效果。方法：选取2017年6月-2020年6月笔者医院收治的瘢痕性下睑外翻就医者56例，按随机数字表法分为单蒂组和双蒂组，各28例。两组分别实施上睑单蒂肌皮瓣移植术、上睑双蒂肌皮瓣移植术。记录两组基本资料、临床疗效、肌皮瓣长度及宽度、并发症、满意度情况。结果：单蒂组总有效率为97.30%，双蒂组总有效率为97.06%，两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。双蒂组肌皮瓣长度、宽度均大于单蒂组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。单蒂组并发症总发生率为8.11%，双蒂组并发症总发生率为5.88%，两组并发症总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。单蒂组总满意度为89.29%，双蒂组总满意度为92.86%，两组总满意度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：上睑双蒂肌皮瓣在瘢痕性下睑外翻修复中具有较好的疗效，可改善眼睑外观和功能，恢复下泪小点位置，且并发症少，就医者满意度高。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of upper eyelid double pedicled myocutaneous flap in the repair of patients with cicatricial lower eyelid ectropion. Methods Total of 56 patients with cicatricial lower eyelid ectropion admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into single pedicle group (n=28) and double pedicle group (n=28) by the random number method. The two groups were treated with upper eyelid single pedicled myocutaneous flap transplantation and upper eyelid double pedicled myocutaneous flap transplantation. The basic data, clinical efficacy, length and width of the myocutaneous flap, complications, and satisfaction of the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the single pedicle group was 97.30%, and the total effective rate of the double pedicle group was 97.06%. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups (P＞0.05). The length and width of the myocutaneous flap in the double pedicle group were greater than the single pedicle group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the single pedicle group was 8.11%, and the total incidence of complications in the double pedicle group was 5.88%. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). The total satisfaction of the single pedicle group was 89.29%, and the total satisfaction of the double pedicle group was 92.86%. There was no significant difference in the total satisfaction of the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The upper eyelid double pedicled myocutaneous flap has a good effect in the repair of cicatricial lower eyelid ectropion. It can improve the appearance and function of the eyelid, restore the position of the lower lacrimal point, and has fewer complications and high satisfaction.
