目的：分析玫瑰痤疮的皮肤镜下特征，并探讨玫瑰痤疮发病的影响因素。方法：选择2018年6月-2021年7月笔者医院 皮肤科门诊收治的玫瑰痤疮患者100例，采集患者皮肤镜图片，另选取同期于笔者医院进行健康体检的志愿者100例作为对 照，对比两组临床资料，采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析玫瑰痤疮发病的独立危险因素，并构建预测模型。结果：玫 瑰痤疮患者皮肤镜表现为深红色背景，多角形或分枝状血管呈网状或不规则排列，无鳞屑，其中多角形血管特异度和灵敏度 最高。女性、使用碱性洁面剂、应用激素药膏、玫瑰痤疮家族史及便秘为玫瑰痤疮发病的独立危险因素（P＜0.05）。构建 的预测模型具有良好的区分度、准确性和临床有效性。结论：玫瑰痤疮患者的皮肤镜表现为深红色背景，多角形或分枝状血 管呈网状或不规则排列，无鳞屑。女性、使用碱性洁面剂、应用激素药膏、玫瑰痤疮家族史及便秘为玫瑰痤疮发病的独立危 险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the dermatoscopic characteristics of rosacea rosacea and to explore the infl uencing factors of rosacea rosacea. Methods A total of 100 rosacea patients admitted to the dermatology outpatient department of our hospital from June 2018 to July 2021 were selected and their dermatoscopic images were collected. In addition, 100 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the independent risk factors of rosacea were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression, and the prediction model was established. Results The dermatoscopy of patients with rosacea shows a dark red background, and polygonal or branching vessels are reticulated or irregularly arranged without scales, among which polygonal vessels have the highest specificity and sensitivity. Female, use of alkaline cleansing, use of hormone ointment, family history of rosacea and constipation were independent risk factors for rosacea (P＜0.05). The established prediction model has great discrimination, accuracy and clinical validity. Conclusion The dermatoscopic appearance of a patient with rosacea is a dark red background with polygonal or branching vessels that are reticulated or irregularly arranged and free of scales. Female sex, use of alkaline cleansing, use of hormonal ointment, family history of rosacea and constipation were independent risk factors for rosacea.
