摘要:
目的：探究二黄消痤面膜联合强脉冲光治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选择2018年6月-2020年6月来笔者医院就诊 的寻常痤疮患者100例，按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组采用强脉冲光+普通补水面膜治疗，观察组采 用强脉冲光+二黄消痤面膜治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、皮肤生理指标[角质层含水量、经表皮失水率(TEWL)、 皮肤颜色指数黑素指数(MI)、红斑指数(EI)、皮肤弹性指数(R2)]、VISIA面部图像分析评分，记录不良反应发生情况。结 果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为94.00%，高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组中医症候积分均低于 治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组角质层含水量、MI水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两 组TEWL、EI水平均低于治疗前且观察组低于对照组，两组R2水平高于治疗前且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两 组的毛孔、面部红区、紫质、棕色斑评分均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗期间，观察组的皮肤干 燥、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤潮红的发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：二黄消痤面膜联合强脉冲光治疗寻常痤疮疗效较单一 强脉冲光好，能有效降低患者的中医症候积分，改善患者皮肤状态，并降低不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the cosmetic effect of Erhuang Xiaocuo mask combined with intense pulsed light on acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne vulgaris treated in the hospital were enrolled between June 2018 and June 2020. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light and ordinary hydrating masks, while observation group was treated with intense pulsed light and Erhuang Xiaocuo masks. The clinical curative effect, scores of TCM syndromes, physiological indexes of skin [cuticle water content, transepidermal water loss (TEWL), melanin index (MI), erythema index (EI), skin elasticity index (R2)] and scores of VISIA facial image analysis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results After treatment, the total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (94.00% vs 76.00%, P＜0.05). After treatment, scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were decreased, which were lower in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). The diff erence in cuticle water content and MI level before and after treatment was not statistically signifi cant in either group (P＞0.05). After treatment, TEWL and MI in both groups were decreased, which were lower in observation group than control group, while R2 in both groups was increased, which was higher in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, scores of pores, facial red area, porphyropsin and brown spots in both group were decreased, which were lower in observation group than control group (P＜0.05). During treatment, incidence of dry skin, itching and erubescence in observation group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Compared with intense pulsed light, curative eff ect of Erhuang Xiaocuo mask combined with intense pulsed light is better on acne vulgaris. It can eff ectively reduce scores of TCM syndromes, eff ectively improve skin status and reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
