摘要:
目的：探讨清热除湿汤加减联合强脉冲光（Intense pulsed light,IPL）治疗轻中度脾胃湿热型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方 法：选取2018年2月-2021年2月在笔者医院确诊的100例轻中度脾胃湿热型玫瑰痤疮患者，采用简单随机分组将患者分为观 察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用IPL治疗，观察组采用清热除湿汤加减联合IPL治疗，均持续治疗4个月。评价患者疗 效和治疗前后中医证候积分。分别于治疗前后采用玫瑰痤疮医师全球评分（Physician’s global assessment,PGA）对患者 玫瑰痤疮情况进行评分；分别于治疗前、治疗后2个月和治疗后4个月，使用皮肤病生活质量指数量表（Dermatology life quality index,DLQI）评估患者生活质量。记录两组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率为92.00%，明 显高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组，观察组患者玫瑰 痤疮改善程度明显优于对照组，生活质量明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗期间的不良 反应发生率为10.00%，与对照组（14.00%）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：清热除湿汤加减联合IPL治疗轻中度 脾胃湿热型玫瑰痤疮可明显提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the curative eff ect of modifi ed Qingre Chushi Decoction combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) on mild to moderate acne rosacea of spleen-stomach damp-heat type. Methods A total of 100 patients confi rmed with mild to moderate acne rosacea in the author’s hospital were enrolled between February 2018 and February 2021. They were divided into observation group and control group by simple random grouping method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with IPL, while observation group was additionally treated with modifi ed Qingre Chushi Decoction. Both groups were continuously treated for 4 months. The curative eff ect and scores of TCM syndromes were evaluated before and after treatment. Before and after treatment, acne rosacea was scored by physician’s global assessment (PGA). Before treatment, after 2 months and 4 months of treatment, quality of life was assessed by dermatology life quality index (DLQI). The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded. Results The response rate of treatment in observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in control group (92.00% vs 76.00%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, scores of TCM syndromes in observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in control group, improvement of acne rosacea and quality of life were signifi cantly better than those in control group (P ＜0.05). The diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between observation group and control group was not statistically significant (10.00% vs 14.00%) (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Modifi ed Qingre Chushi Decoction combined with IPL can signifi cantly improve clinical curative eff ect and quality of life in patients with mild to moderate acne rosacea of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
