摘要:
目的：研究强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及对患者皮肤屏障功能、生活质量的影响。方法：收集 2020 年3月-2021年12月笔者医院收治的124例玫瑰痤疮患者以随机数字表法分组，对照1组（41例）接受A型肉毒毒素治疗， 对照2组（42例）接受强脉冲光治疗，观察组（41例）接受强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素治疗。记录疗效、不良反应、1年复发 情况、治疗前后症状积分、皮肤屏障功能、皮肤病生活质量指数问卷（Dermatology life quality index,DLQI）。结 果：观察组的有效率高于对照1组、对照2组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组的症状积分、皮肤屏障功能（经皮水分丢失 量、皮肤含水量、皮脂含量）及DLQI均优于对照1组和对照2组（P＜0.05），对照1组与对照2组的症状积分、皮肤屏障 功能、DLQI差异无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。三组不良反应差异无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。观察组的1年复发率低于对照1 组、对照2组（P＜0.05）。结论：强脉冲光联合A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮能够提高疗效，改善患者皮肤屏障功能和DLQI。
Abstract:
Objective To research the effi cacy of intense pulsed light combined with botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of rosacea and its eff ect on skin barrier function and quality of life. Methods A total of 124 patients with rosacea admitted to the author’s hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were collected and divided into 3 groups by random number table method. The control group 1(n=41) received botulinum toxin type A, the control group 2(n=42) received intense pulsed light and the observation group(n=41) received intense pulsed light combined with botulinum toxin type A. The effi cacy, adverse reactions, 1-year recurrence, the symptom score, skin barrier function, dermatology life quality index(DLQI) before and after treatment was evaluated and compared within 3 groups. Results The eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2 (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores, skin barrier function (transcutaneous water loss, skin moisture content, sebum content) and DLQI of the observation group were improved than those of the control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05). There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions and 1-year recurrence in 3 groups(P＞0.05). The 1-year recurrence of the observation group was lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2 (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The intense pulsed light combined with botulinum toxin type A can be used in treatment of rosacea by improving skin barrier function and DLQI.
