摘要:
目的:探究皮秒翠绿宝石激光联合富血小板血浆治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕(Atrophic acne scars,AAS)的疗效。方法: 将2019年12月-2020年12月于笔者医院就诊的92例AAS患者以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组实施点 阵CO2激光、富血小板血浆联合治疗方案,观察组予以皮秒翠绿宝石激光、富血小板血浆联合治疗。比较两组不良反应持续 时间(色素沉着时间、红斑持续时间、水肿持续时间、结痂脱落时间),比较治疗10周后两组临床疗效,比较治疗前及 治疗10周后两组生活质量[皮肤病生活质量表(Dermatology life quality index,DQOLS)评分]、瘢痕情况[温哥华 瘢痕量表(Vancounver scar scale ,VSS)评分]。结果:观察组色素沉着时间、红斑持续时间、水肿持续时间、结痂 脱落时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗10周后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组DQOLS评分均较治疗 前升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VSS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意 义(P<0.05)。结论:皮秒翠绿宝石激光联合富血小板血浆治疗AAS疗效显著,可有效改善患者瘢痕状态,减轻皮肤不良反 应程度,提高其生活质量,具有较高临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effi cacy of picosecond alexandrite laser combined with platelet-rich plasma injection in the treatment of atrophic acne scars (AAS). Methods A total of 92 patients with AAS who were treated in the author’s hospital between December 2019 and December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received a combined treatment regimen of lattice CO2 laser and platelet-rich plasma injection, and the observation group received picosecond alexandrite laser combined with plateletrich plasma injection injection. The duration of adverse reactions (pigmentation time, erythema duration, edema duration, scab shedding time), clinical effi cacy after 10 weeks of treatment and scores of quality of life [Dermatology Quality of Life Scale (DQOLS)] and scar condition [Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS)] before treatment and after 10 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The pigmentation time, erythema duration, edema duration and scab shedding time of observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those of control group (P <0.05). After 10 weeks of treatment, the total eff ective rate was signifi cantly higher in observation group than that in control group (P <0.05). The DQOLS scores of the two groups were signifi cantly increased compared with those before treatment, and the scores of observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of control group at the same time point (P <0.05). The VSS scores were signifi cantly decreased in the two groups compared to before treatment, and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Picosecond alexandrite laser combined with platelet-rich plasma injection has a signifi cant effi cacy in the treatment of AAS, and it can eff ectively improve the scar status, relieve the skin adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life, and has high clinical application value.
