摘要:
目的：分析负压封闭引流技术（Vacuum sealing drainage, VSD）联合美皮康敷料用于临床压力性溃疡患者的治疗效 果。方法：抽取2021年11月-2022年12月笔者医院临床诊断为压力性溃疡的80例患者，按不同治疗方法分为对照组（给予VSD 治疗，n=37）和观察组（给予VSD联合美皮康敷料治疗，n=43），统计比较两组创面愈合相关指标及临床疗效。结果：观察 组治疗期间感染发生率低于对照组，住院时间及创面愈合时间短于对照组，换药次数少于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗1个月 后，观察组肉芽组织覆盖率高于对照组，溃疡面积小于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：VSD联合美皮 康敷料治疗压力性溃疡能有效促进创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，临床疗效显著。?/html>
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the therapeutic eff ect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) combined with Mepilex dressings in patients with clinical pressure ulcers. Methods A total of 80 patients clinically diagnosed with pressure ulcer in the author’s hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (treated with VSD, n=37) and the observation group (treated with VSD combined with Mepivacaine dressing, n=43) according to different treatment methods. The wound healing related indicators and clinical effi cacy of the two groups were statistically compared. Results The incidence of infection during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than those in the control group, and the number of dressing change was less than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the coverage rate of granulation tissue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the ulcer area was smaller than that in the control group, and the total eff ective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion VSD combined with Mepilex in the treatment of pressure ulcer can eff ectively promote wound healing, shorten wound healing time, and has signifi cant clinical eff ect.
