摘要:
目的：探讨调Q 532 nm激光联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病患者的临床效果。方法：采用单中心临床试验研 究方法，选取2019年6月30日-2022年12月31日在笔者医院接受治疗的186例面部脂溢性角化病患者进行随机分组，其中联合 组93例患者采用调Q 532 nm激光联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗，对照组93例患者采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的 临床疗效、皮肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology Life Quality Index，DLQI）评分、并发症的发生情况。结果：联合组疗效 优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组衣物选择评分、患者的日常活动评分、症状与躯体感受评分、心理感受程度评分方 面及DLQI总分均低于治疗前（均P＜0.05），且联合组改善均优于对照组（均P＜0.05）。两组并发症率比较，差异无统计学 意义（P＞0.05）。结论：调Q 532 nm激光联合超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部脂溢性角化病患者较单纯采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗具有 更好的效果，能更有效地改善患者的生存质量。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of Q-switched laser at 532 nm combined with ultra-pulse CO2 laser in the treatment of facial seborrheic keratosis. Methods Using a single-center clinical trial method, 186 patients with facial seborrheic keratosis treated in the author’s hospital from June 30, 2019, to December 31, 2022, were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 93 patients in the combination group received Q-switched laser at 532 nm combined with ultra-pulse CO2 laser treatment, while 93 patients in the control group received ultra-pulse CO2 laser treatment. The clinical effi cacy, Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) scores, and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The curative eff ect of the combination group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of clothing selection, daily activities, symptoms and physical feelings, psychological feelings, and total DLQI scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment (all P＜0.05), and the improvement in the combination group was better than that in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the complication rate between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of Q-switched laser at 532 nm and ultra-pulse CO2 laser for the treatment of facial seborrheic keratosis patients has better results than using only ultra-pulse CO2 laser, and can more eff ectively improve the quality of life of patients.
