[摘要]目的：探究超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及影响疗效的危险因素。方法：以2015年1月-2017年1月
于笔者医院行超脉冲CO2激光治疗的80例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象，统计治疗效果，据此分为总有效组与无效
组，收集两组患者年龄、性别、病程、瘢痕凹陷深度、病损程度、焦虑自评量表（SAS评分）、抑郁自评量表（SDS评分）
及是否合并其他皮肤疾病等情况。结果：术后随访3个月，总有效率高达88.75%。将治疗显效及有效的患者纳入总有效组
（n =71），治疗无效的患者纳入无效组（n=9），单因素分析结果显示两组在性别、瘢痕凹陷深度、病损程度方面比较无显著
性差异（P＞0.05），总有效组年龄、病程、SAS评分及SDS评分显著低于无效组，合并其他皮肤疾病的患者显著少于无效组，
差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；多因素Logistic回归性分析结果显示年龄、病程、SAS评分、SDS评分及合并其他皮肤疾病
均为影响面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者超脉冲CO2激光疗效的危险因素。结论：超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者疗效显
著，年龄、病程、SAS评分、SDS评分及合并其他皮肤疾病可影响其治疗效果，应在术前重点干预，更好地改善患者预后。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the risk factors influencing the treatment effects of ultrapulse CO2 laser in patients with
depressed scars of facial acne. Methods 80 cases of patients with facial acne and depressed scar treated with ultra-pulsed CO2
laser in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected for the study. Te treatment effects were counted, and
the patients were divided into total effective group and ineffective group, and the age, gender, course of disease, depth of scar
depression, lesion degree, and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS score), self-rating depression scale (SDS score) and the presence
of other skin diseases were collected in the two group. Results At 3-month follow-up after operation, the total effective rate
was as high as 88.75%. Patients with markedly effective and effective treatment were included in total effective group (n =71),
and patients with ineffective treatment were included in ineffective group (n =9), and univariate analysis showed that there were
no differences in gender, depth of scar depression and lesion degree between the two groups (P ＞0.05), and the age, course
of disease, SAS score and SDS score in total effective group were significantly lower than those in ineffective group, and the
number of patients with other skin diseases was significantly less than that in ineffective group (P ＜0.05). Multivariate logistic
regression analysis showed that age, course of disease, SAS score, SDS score and the presence of other skin diseases were risk
factors influencing the treatment effects of ultrapulse CO2 laser in patients with depressed scars of facial acne. Conclusion The
effect of super-pulsed CO2 laser on facial acne depression scar patients is significant.Age, course of disease, SAS score, SDS
score and the presence of other skin diseases can affect the treatment effects of ultrapulse CO2 laser in patients with depressed
scars of facial acne, and it is important to intervene before operation to better improve the prognosis.
