[摘要]目的：探讨微针联合富血小板血浆 ( Platelet-rich Plasma，PRP) 在治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的临床应用及疗效评
价。方法：选取2014年5月-2017年10月笔者科室就诊的57例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，其中27例接受微针联合RPR治疗，15例接
受单纯微针治疗，另外15例接受单纯RPR治疗。微针联合RPR治疗组，先行微针治疗瘢痕区，后涂抹PRP于治疗区；单纯微针
治疗组予以瘢痕处单纯微针治疗；单纯RPR组予以瘢痕处直接涂抹RPR。三组治疗均1个月1次，6次为1个疗程，分别在治疗3
次后、6次后和疗程结束后3个月对患者的瘢痕治疗效果进行评估。结果：与单纯微针治疗和单纯RPR治疗组相比，27例接受
微针联合RPR治疗患者面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕得到明显改善，随着治疗次数的增多，总有效率越高。结论：微针疗法联合PRP治
疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕，辅以规范的术后护理，效果确切，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical application and therapeutic evaluation of microacupuncture combined with
Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) in the treatment of acne depression scar. Methods A total of 57 patients were selected from May
2014 to October 2017. 27 patients received microacupuncture and RPR treatment, 15 patients received microacupuncture
treatment, and 15 patients received RPR treatment. The microacupuncture and RPR treatment group were firstly treated with
microacupuncture and then PRP were used to the treatment area. In the microacupuncture treatment group, the scar was treated
with microacupuncture only. The RPR treatment was applied to the scars in the RPR group.All the above treatments were
performed once a month with 6 times as a course, and the effect of treatment was evaluated after 3 times of treatment, 6 times
after treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment. Results 27 patients were treated with microacupuncture and RPR
had a appearance improvement of the acne scar. Besides, the more times of treatment were received,the higher total effective
rate wound be compared with microacupuncture treatment and RPR treatment respectively. Conclusion Microacupuncture
combined with PRP is effective in the treatment of acne scar with normative nursing care after operation,and it is worthy of
clinical promotion and application.
