摘要:
[摘要]慢性创面治愈困难,极大地降低了患者的生活质量,是创面修复领域亟待解决的难题。近年来,脂肪干细胞
(Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells, ADSCs)和富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma, PRP)单独或联合使用已
经成为创面修复领域的研究热点,但作用机制尚不明确,越来越多的研究表明PRP能够促进ADSCs的增殖,两者联合应用可以
更好地促进创面修复。本文对ADSCs和PRP作用于慢性创面的机制及两者协同作用于慢性创面的相关实验研究作一综述,为慢
性创面的治疗提供参考意义。

Abstract:
Abstract: Chronic wounds are diffi cult to cure,which greatly reduces the patients’quality of life.It is an urgent problem to be
solved in the fi eld of wound repair.In recent years,adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) and platelet-rich plasma
(PRP) have been research hotspots in wound repair alone or in combination, but the mechanism is still unclear. More and
more studies show that PRP can promote the proliferation of ADSCs in vitro, and ADSCs can promote wound healing when
combined with PRP.In this paper,the mechanisms of ADSCs and PRP on chronic wounds and related experimental studies on
their synergistic effects on chronic wounds are reviewed,which provide reference for the treatment of chronic wounds.
