摘要:
[摘要]“烧创伤创面美容修复”的理念提出15年来，伴随着医学科学及其相关学科领域的蓬勃发展，新技术、新材料、新理
念等不断涌现，以及对烧创伤创面美容修复深入地临床研究与探索，极大地丰富和完善了烧创伤创面美容修复理念，一些陈
旧的观念和原则被修正，赋予其新的内涵，并将其应用范围不断拓展。本文系统总结了从“烧创伤创面美容修复”到“创面
的美容修复”的发展历程，以及从理念到技术的转变，同时，介绍了国内在创面美容修复领域的工作现状。

Abstract:
Abstract: Since concept of “cosmetic repair of wounds by burn and trauma” has put foward fifteen years, with the vigorous
development of medical science and other disciplines, new techniques, materials and concepts continuously sprung up, and
cosmetic repair of wounds by burn and trauma were made thorough study and probe. The concept of cosmetic repair of wounds
by burn and trauma has being extremely enriched and perfected, some outmoded ideas and princeples were corrected, new
contents were added, and it’s application limit was developed. This paper systematicly summed up development from “cosmetic
repair of wounds by burn and trauma” to “cosmetic repair of wound”, and change from concept to technique. At the same time,
it introduced domestic current situation of cosmetic repair of wound.
