摘要:

[摘要]目的:探讨自体纳米脂肪联合PRP对增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月,选取在广东医科大学附属
医院整形外科12例患者20处增生性瘢痕,将纳米脂肪与PRP按照4:1的比例混合,均匀注射于瘢痕组织内,效果不明显者3个
月后行第2次注射,术后半年~1年随访观察注射部位瘢痕变化情况。结果:12例患者20处增生性瘢痕经过1~2次注射,6个
月后瘢痕较术前比较明显软化、变平、色泽减轻,局部瘙痒程度减轻,疗效稳定未见复发。结论:纳米脂肪联合PRP对增生
性瘢痕有良好的治疗效果,且术后并发症少,感染风险小,效果持久稳定,值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of autologous nanofat and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of
hypertrophic scar. Methods Twenty hypertrophic scars from twelve patients were selected from the plastic surgery department
of affiliated hospital of Guangdong Medical University during January 2018 and January 2019. The nanofat and PRP were
mixed in the ratio of 4:1 and evenly injected into the scar tissue. One more injection will be applied if patients do not have any
obvious effect after 3 months. A follow-up observation at the change of injected scar will be pursued within half to 1 year of the
surgery. Results 6 months after 1 or 2 injections, compared to pre-operation, all those scars have been significantly softened
and flattened. Also the colour of the scars has been bleached out and local itching has been alleviated. The curative effect is
stable without recurrence. Conclusion Nanofat together with PRP have a good therapeutic effect on hypertrophic scar, with
less postoperative complications,low risk of infection, long-lasting and stable effect. It is a worthy of clinical promotion.
