摘要:

目的：探讨康复新漱口液辅助治疗对牙周炎合并糖尿病患者口腔菌群和龈沟液相关因子的影响。方法：选取2022 年6月-2022年10月于笔者医院接受治疗的98例牙周炎合并糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和 观察组，每组49例。所有患者均接受牙周基础治疗，在此基础上对照组给予双氧水治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用康 复新漱口液辅助治疗，两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗前后牙周相关指标。结果：观察组总有效率为 91.84%，高于对照组的77.55%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组PLI、PD、SBI和AL均降低（P＜0.05），且观察组均低于对照组 （P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组Td、Pi、Tf和Pg均低于对照组和治疗前（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP均 降低（P＜0.05），且观察组均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：给予牙周炎合并糖尿病患者康复新漱口液辅助治疗可改善患 者牙周状态，降低口腔菌群水平，减轻炎性状态。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the eff ect of Kangfuxin gargle on oral fl ora and related factors of gingival crevicular fl uid in patients with periodontitis combined with diabetes. Methods 98 patients with periodontitis complicated with diabetes who were treated in the author’s hospital from June 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, with 49 cases in each group. All patients received periodontal basic treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with hydrogen peroxide, and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin gargle on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical therapeutic eff ect and periodontal indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was 91.84%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.55%, P＜0.05). After treatment, PLI, PD, SBI and AL in both groups were decreased (P＜0.05), and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, Td, Pi, Tf and Pg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, two groups of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs CRP were decreased (P＜0.05), and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin gargle can improve the periodontal status of patients with periodontitis and diabetes, reduce the level of oral fl ora and reduce infl ammatory status.
