[摘要]目的：通过奥邦骨修复材料植入下颌骨缺损后影像学灰度比的变化来评估其成骨效果。方法：选取因牙源性囊肿导致
下颌后牙区骨缺损患者20例，植入奥邦骨修复材料，术前、术后第1、3、6个月拍摄CBCT，测量并计算出患侧矢状面及冠状
面与健侧的灰度比，用t检验对结果进行统计分析。结果：术前患侧与健侧的灰度比值最低，术后第1个月上升至最大值，术
后第3个月较术后第1个月明显下降，术后第6个月比值趋近于1。结论：奥邦骨修复材料在下颌后牙区的骨缺损修复中有良好
的成骨效果；灰度比能直观地看出术前、术后患侧骨密度与健侧的差异，可作为观察成骨效果的一种客观评价依据。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the osteogenesis of Osteoboneimplanted into jaw defects by imaging gray ratio changes.
Methods 20 patients with mandibular bone defects caused by odontogenic cysts were selected ,Osteobone were implanted,and
CBCT was taken before preoperative and 1,3,6 months after surgery, the gray ratio of affected side to sagittal plane,coronal
plane and healthy side was calculated .t-test results were statistically analyzed. Results The gray scale ratio of the affected area
and the healthy side was the lowest before operation, and increased to the maximum at the first month after operation;the third
month after operation was significantly lower than that in the first month after operation; the gray scaleratio of 6 months after
the operation and the healthy side was close to 1. Conclusion Osteobone has a good osteogenic effect in the repair of bone
defects in the mandibular posterior region. Grayscale ratio can directly show the difference of bone mineral density in affected
and normal areas before and after operation, which can be regarded as an objective evaluation basis for observing osteogenic
effect.
