摘要:
[摘要]皮肤屏障功能是由弱酸性的皮脂膜和类似砖墙结构的角质层构成，具有保湿及调节抗炎作用，多种皮肤病的发生与皮
肤屏障功能受损相关。中医学认为营血的濡养、卫气的防护及调控腠理的开阖作用与皮肤结构及功能关系密切。若营卫不
和，则皮肤得不到营血的滋养，卫气的防卫，皮肤腠理启闭失调，皮肤屏障结构不完整，功能受损。本文就营卫生理病理状
态与皮肤屏障功能之间的具体关联综述如下。
Abstract:
Abstract: The skin barrier function constitutes by weakly acidic hydro-lipid film and a“brick-wall”structure that can prevent the
evaporation of moisture from the skin and has anti-inflammatory effect.The happening of many skin diseases are connected with
the damage of skin barrier function.In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the skin structure and function are closely
related to nourishment of nutritive qi and protection of defensive qi,which is in charge of opening and closing our pores and
regulates sweating.If disharmony of ying and wei,the skin can not get the ying blood to nourish and defensive qi to protect,as
well as the opening and closing of pores are in disorder.All of that lead to incompleteness of skin barrier structure and damage
of skin function.This article tries to analyze the correlation between the physiological and pathological of ying wei and skin
barrier function.
