[摘要]目的：探究纳米复合树脂在前牙牙体缺损修复中的美容效果及牙周状况改善状况。方法：选择2017年12月-2018年1月
在笔者医院进行前牙牙体缺损美容修复的72例患者为研究对象，通过随机数表法分为对照组和实验组。对照组：36例，采用
光固化复合树脂进行美容修复；实验组：36例，采用纳米复合树脂进行美容修复。治疗后，对两组患者治疗有效率、VAS评
分、满意度、牙体敏感、牙周情况及并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果：实验组治疗有效率为94.44%，显著高于对照组的
69.44%，两组比较有显著性差异(P ＜0.05)，具有统计学意义。实验组在治疗结束时、结束1周、结束1个月及结束3个月VAS
评分及牙体敏感的发生率显著低于对照组(P ＜0.05)，具有统计学意义；实验组牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指
数(PLI)、牙松动度(MD)评分显著低于对照组(P ＜0.05)，具有统计学意义；实验组发生牙髓炎、牙周炎及修复体松动等并发
症的几率显著低于对照组(P ＜0.05)，具有统计学意义；实验组治疗满意度72.22%，显著低于对照组的91.67%，两组比较有
显著性差异(P ＜0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：纳米复合树脂具有较好的前牙牙体缺损修复的效果，可显著降低患者术后
疼痛程度，改善患者牙周，降低牙体敏感度及并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect and improvement of periodontal status of nanocomposite resin in the
restoration of anterior teeth defects. Methods 72 patients who underwent cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth defects in our
hospital from December to February 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table
method. The control group was cured by photocuring composite resin, and the experimental group was treated with nanocomposite
resin for cosmetic restoration. After treatment, the treatment efficiency, VAS score, satisfaction, tooth sensitivity,
periodontal status and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of the
experimental group was 94.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (69.44%) (P ＜0.05). The VAS
score and the incidence of tooth sensitivity were significantly lower in the experimental group at the end of treatment, at
the end of 1 week, at the end of January, and at the end of March (P ＜0.05). The gingival index (GI), sulcus bleeding index
(SBI), plaque index (PLI), and tooth mobility (MD) scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in
the control group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications such as pulpitis, periodontitis and loosening of the prosthesis
in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). The treatment satisfaction of
the experimental group (72.22%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (91.67%) (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Nanocomposite resin has better anterior teeth defect repair effect, significantly reduce postoperative pain, improve patient’s
periodontal, reduce tooth sensitivity and complications, and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinic.
