[摘要]目的：分析烧伤患者康复期消极情绪现状，并探究其影响因素。方法：回顾性分析2016年7月-2018年7月于笔者
医院住院治疗的80例烧伤康复期患者的临床资料，采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist-90，SCL-90）评价患者情
绪变化，将其与国内常模比较，并采用多因素Logistic分析烧伤患者SCL-90评分的影响因素。结果：除强迫症状及人际
关系敏感因子外，烧伤患者SCL-90各因子评分及SCL-90总分均显著高于国内常模，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；单
因素分析显示，SCL-90评分与患者性别、年龄、文化程度无显著相关（P ＞0.05），与患者医疗费用、烧伤部位及烧伤
程度密切相关（P ＜0.05）；多因素Logistic分析结果显示，医疗费用（OR=1.474，95%CI：1.145～1.898）、烧伤部位
（OR=1.970，95%CI：1.285～3.020）及烧伤程度（OR=2.504，95%CI：1.484～4.226）是烧伤患者SCL-90评分的独立影响因
素。结论：烧伤患者康复期消极情绪明显，且医疗费用、烧伤部位及烧伤程度是影响其消极情绪的主要因素。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the current situation of negative emotions in burn patients during rehabilitation period and
to explore the influencing factors. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with burn during rehabilitation period who were
treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The symptom check list scale (SCL-90)
was used to evaluate the emotional changes of patients, and the changes were compared with national norm, and multivariate
Logistic analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors for SCL-90 score in burn patients. Results In addition to
obsessive-compulsive symptom and interpersonal sensitivity factors, the factors scores and total score of SCL-90 scale of burn
patients were significantly higher than those of national norm (P ＜0.05). Univariate analysis showed that SCL-90 score was not
significantly correlated with gender, age and education level (P ＞0.05), and was closely related to medical expenses, burn site
and burn degree (P ＜0.05). Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that medical expense (OR=1.474, 95% CI: 1.145～1.898),
burn site (OR=1.970, 95% CI: 1.285～3.020) and burn degree (OR=2.504, 95% CI: 1.484～4.226) were independent
influencing factors for SCL-90 score of burn patients. Conclusion The negative emotions are obvious in burn patients during
rehabilitation period, and the medical expense, burn site and burn degree are the main factors affecting their negative emotions.
