摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨固定式牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引器治疗恒牙早期前牙反牙合的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者医院2016年1月-2017
年6月治疗恒牙早期前牙反牙合的26例患者，采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组。对照组：13例，采用上颌前方牵引器治疗；
观察组：13例，采用固定式牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引器治疗。比较两组患者的治疗时间、随访复发率及X线头影测量硬组织标志
的变化。结果：观察组患者的随访复发率(0.00%)明显低于对照组(30.77%)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后,两组患
者上牙槽座角（SNA角）及下牙槽座角（SNB角）均高于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组患者SNA角及SNB角均
高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05),两组患者上下牙槽座角（ANB角）高于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05),
观察组患者ANB角高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：固定式牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引器治疗恒牙早期前牙反
牙合，具有治疗时间短、随访复发率低、改善患者容貌等优点，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fixed pad combined with maxillary anterior tracer in the treatment of
early anterior maxillary reversion of permanent teeth. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017,26 patients were randomly
divided into control group (n =13) and observer group (n =13).The observation group was treated with fixed pad combined with
maxillary anterior tractor. The time of treatment,The treatment time, recurrence rate and X-ray cephalometric changes of hard
tissue markers were compared between the two groups. Results The follow-up recurrence rate in the observation group (0%)
was significantly lower than that in the control group (30.77%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the angle of upper alveolar seat (SNA)
and the angle of lower alveolar seat (SNB) in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The SNA angle and SNB angle in the observation group were higher than those in the control
group after treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The angle of upper and
lower alveolar seat (ANB) in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P ＜0.05).The ANB angle in
the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Fixed pad combined with
maxillary anterior tracer for the treatment of early anterior maxillary retraction of permanent teeth has the advantages of short
treatment time, low recurrence rate and improving the patient’s appearance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
