[摘要]目的:探讨低剂量激光疗法对下颌第三磨牙拔除术后并发症及炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2016年4月-2017年4月笔
者医院行下颌第三磨牙拔除术的192例患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组(n =100)和对照组(n =92),两组患者
均给予下颌第三磨牙拔除术。对照组术后常规处理,观察组采用低剂量激光治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分比较两组治
疗后各个时间点疼痛程度、肿胀程度、开口情况及炎症因子水平。结果:术后,观察组各个时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组
(P <0.05),观察组各个时间点肿胀程度均低于对照组(P <0.05);手术当天,两组患者开口度无显著性差异(P >0.05),
术后3d及术后7d,观察组患者开口度均高于对照组(P <0.05);术前两组患者炎症因子无明显差异,术后两组患者炎症因子
均有所增加,观察组患者肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平均显著低于对照组
(P <0.05)。结论:在下颌第三磨牙拔除术后使用低剂量激光疗法效果显著,可有效预防术后并发症的发生,改善患者炎症
因应子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study Curative efficacy of Low dose laser in treatment of Mandibular third molar extraction and its
effectson complications and inflammatory factors. Methods 192 patients with mandibular third molar extraction in our hospital
from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects, the two groups were divided into the observation group (n =100)
and the control group (n =92) by the random number table method. Both groups were given the extraction of the mandibular
third molar. Pain scores, swelling, opening and inflammatory factors were compared at each time point after treatment by
using pain visual simulation (VAS) score. Results After treatment, the pain score of the observation group at each time point
was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). After surgery, the degree of swelling in the observation group at each time
point was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). On the day of surgery, there was no significant difference in the
opening degree between the two groups (P >0.05). The opening degree of patients in the 3d postoperative and 7d postoperative
observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in inflammatory
factors between the two groups before surgery. After surgery, both groups showed an increase in inflammatory factors, and
tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the observation group were significantly lower
than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of low-dose laser therapy after mandibular third molar extraction
has a significant effect, which can effectively prevent postoperative complications and effectively improve the level of patients’
inflammatory factors. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application.
