摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨美容护理措施在骨科手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者科室2017年1月-2017年12月住院手术治疗患
者145例，按患者住院病历号分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用骨科护理常规，观察组在对照组基础上实施美容护理措施。
对两组患者的瘢痕发生情况、心理状态改善情况、护理服务满意度进行分析。结果：观察组瘢痕发生情况低于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组焦虑和抑郁状态显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理服务满意
度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：对骨科手术患者实施美容护理措施能有效减少瘢痕的形成，改
善患者心态，提高护理服务质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of cosmetic nursing measures in orthopedic patients. Methods 145
patients with surgical treatment in our department from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 were selected, The group was divided into the
control group and the observation group according to the order of hospitalization, The control group adopted orthopedic nursing
routine; On the basis of orthopedic nursing routine, the observation group carried out cosmetic nursing measures. Two groups
of patients with scar occurrence, mental state improvement, nursing service satisfaction was analyzed. Results The occurrence
of scar in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05); In the observation group, the anxiety and
depression were significantly better than that in the control group(P ＜0.05). The nursing service satisfaction of the observation
group was significantly higher than the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The concept of beauty care for orthopedic patients
can effectively reduce the formation of scar, improve the mentality of patients, improve the quality of nursing service, and is
worthy of clinical promotion.
