摘要:

目的：观察皮肤美容护理结合支持性心理干预对女性中重度痤疮患者治疗效果的影响。方法：选择2019年3月-2020年3月于笔者医院就诊的224例女性中重度痤疮患者作为观察对象，按随机数字表法随机分为观察组（n=108）和对照组（n=116），两组患者均给予常规药物治疗，在此基础上对照组行皮肤美容护理，观察组在对照组的基础上结合支持性心理干预，比较护理前后两组患者情绪状态、社会生存能力、体像障碍、干预满意度及随访复发率。结果：干预后，两组患者焦虑评分（SAS）和抑郁评分（SDS）较干预前显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，两组患者社会生存能力（DLQI）评分（症状感受、日常生活、业余生活、人际关系、工作学习）较护理前显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，两组患者体像障碍评分（自我缺陷度、容貌认知度、体貌关注度等）较干预前显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意度为96.42%，显著高于对照组85.34%（P＜0.05）；随访期间，观察组复发率为4.63%，对照组为14.66%，比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.347，P=0.012)。结论：皮肤美容护理结合支持性心理干预能改善女性中重度痤疮患者消极心理状态，增强社会生存能力，改善体像障碍，提高满意度，降低痤疮复发率，值得临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the influence of skin beauty care combined with supportive psychological intervention on therapeutic effect of female patients with moderate-to-severe acne. Methods A total of 224 female patients with moderate-to-severe acne who were treated in the hospital between March 2019 and March 2020 were selected as the observation subjects, and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=108) and control group (n=116) according to the random number table method. Both groups of patients were given routine drug therapy, and the control group received skin beauty care on this basis and the observation group was combined with supportive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The emotional status, social function, body image disorders, intervention satisfaction and recurrent rate during follow-up of the two groups were compared before and after care. Results After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention (P ＜0.05), and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05). After intervention, the scores of body image disorders (self-deficiency, facial appearance cognition, physical appearance attention) in the two groups of patients were significantly reduced compared with those before intervention (P＜0.05), and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction rate was 96.42% in observation group, which was significantly higher than 85.34% in control group (P＜0.05). During follow-up, the recurrence rate was 4.63% in observation group and 14.66% in control group, with statistical difference (χ2=6.347, P=0.012). Conclusion Skin beauty care combined with supportive psychological intervention can improve the negative psychological status, enhance the social function, improve the body image disorders, increase the satisfaction and help to reduce the acne recurrence of female patients with moderate-to-severe acne, thus it is worthy of clinical promotion
