摘要:
病理性瘢痕包括增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩，其发病率、复发率高，一直以来都是整形外科领域的一大难题，针对病理性瘢痕的研究从上个世纪持续至今，但其发病的精确机制仍不清楚，因此预防和治疗也相对棘手。本文通过对近年来国内外有关病理性瘢痕发病机制及防治的研究进行检索和归纳总结，对研究较多的氧化应激、microRNA、上皮间质转化和自体脂肪及其来源的间充质干细胞与病理性瘢痕的关系做一重点阐述，以期为瘢痕的防治提供新思路，新方法。
Abstract:
Pathological scars include hypertrophic scars and keloids. Their high incidence and recurrence rate have always been a major problem in the field of plastic surgery. Studies on pathological scars have continued since the last century, but the precise mechanism of their pathogenesis remains unclear, so prevention and treatment are relatively tricky. We retrieves and summarizes the research on the pathogenesis and prevention of pathological scars in recent years, and focus on the researches on oxidative stress,microRNA,epithelial mesenchymal transition,autologous fat and their derived mesenchymal stem cells and their relationship with pathological scars. We hope that it could provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of pathological scars
