摘要:
病理性瘢痕主要包括瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕两种类型，其发病机制尚不明确，目前治疗病理性瘢痕的主要方式包括手术治疗和非手术治疗两种。手术切除治疗病理性瘢痕是最传统和直接有效的手段，以往的非手术治疗主要包括激光疗法、放射疗法、冷冻疗法、压力疗法、皮质类固醇瘢痕内注射等，它们都具有其独特的治疗意义。最新研究显示，脂肪移植，A型肉毒毒素注射以及微针疗法对病理性瘢痕有一定的治疗效果。目前，虽然没有明确的治疗标准，但大量的研究数据证实，综合治疗的效果优于单一的治疗手段。根据最新的临床研究，在非手术治疗中，A型肉毒毒素联合皮质类固醇药物治疗病理性瘢痕的效果最佳。但为了达到更满意的治疗效果，仍需要探索更佳的治疗方法。
Abstract:
Pathological scar mainly includes keloid and hypertrophic scar ，and its pathogenesis is not completely clear.At present, the main ways to treat pathological scars include surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.Surgical resection of pathological scar is the most traditional and effective method. The previous non-surgical treatment mainly includes laser therapy, radiation therapy, cryotherapy, pressure therapy, corticosteroid injection into scar and so on. All of them have their unique therapeutic significance. Recent study shows that,fat transplantation, botulinum toxin type A injection and microneedle therapy are effective in treating pathological scars.Although there is no clear standard of treatment at present, a large number of research data confirm that the effect of comprehensive treatment is better than that of single treatment.According to the latest clinical studies, botulinum toxin Type A combined with corticosteroids is the most effective non-surgical treatment for pathological scars.In order to achieve a more satisfactory therapeutic effect, we still need to explore better treatment methods.
