[摘要]目的:研究支持性心理干预联合阶段性健康教育对烧伤整形植皮患者心理健康状态、相关知识掌握程度及生活质量的
影响。方法:将2016年9月-2018年9月笔者医院106例烧伤整形植皮患者,采用随机数字表法均分为两组,每组各53例。两组
患者均给予围术期常规治疗护理和阶段性健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予支持性心理治疗,疗程4周。比较两组干预后患
者烧伤相关知识掌握程度、心理健康状态、自我效能及生活质量水平。结果:干预后,两组烧伤相关知识掌握程度评分均
明显升高,且观察组评分高于对照组(P <0.05);两组Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显降
低(P <0.05),且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组;两组GSES量表评分明显升高(P <0.05),且观察一般自我效能感量表
(GSES)评分高于对照组;两组简明烧伤患者健康量表(BSHS-A)躯体功能、心理健康、社会关系、一般健康状况评分及总
分明显升高(P <0.05),且观察组各领域评分及总分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用支持性心
理干预联合阶段性健康教育对烧伤整形植皮患者进行干预,可提升患者相关知识掌握程度、心理健康水平、自我效能及生活
质量,对提升治疗效果和促进患者康复具有积极作用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effects of supportive psychological intervention combined with staged health education
on psychological health status, related knowledge mastery and quality of life in patients with burn and plastic skin grafting.
Methods 106 patients with burn and plastic skin grafting in author’s hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were
divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The two groups were given
perioperative routine nursing treatment and staged health education, and observation group was additionally given supportive
psychotherapy on this basis, and they were treated for 4w. The mastery of burn-related knowledge, psychological health status,
self-efficacy and quality of life level were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention,
the scores of mastery of burn-related knowledge in the two groups were significantly increased , and the score in observation
group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05). The scores of Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Zung Selfrating
Depression Scale (SDS) were significantly decreased in the two groups (P <0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS in
observation group were lower than those in control group. The scores of GSES scale were significantly increased in the two
groups (P <0.05), and the score of General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) scale in observation group was higher than that in
control group. The scores of physical function, psychological health, social relationship and general health status score and
the total score of Burn Specific Health Scale (BSHS-A) scale were significantly increased in the two groups (P <0.05), and
the scores in all fields and the total score in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion
Supportive psychological intervention combined with staged health education for intervention of patients with burn and plastic
skin grafting can improve the related knowledge mastery, psychological health level, self-efficacy and quality of life, and it has
positive effects on improving the treatment effects and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
