[摘要]目的：探讨护理标准作业流程在先天性小耳畸形二期手术围手术期的应用效果。方法：选取2017年7月-2018年7月就
诊于笔者科室的先天性小耳畸形行二期手术患者138例，其中观察组68例，围手术期采用护理标准作业流程；对照组70例，
采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者术前准备完整率、术后并发症发生率及满意度。结果：与常规护理措施相比，护理标准作
业流程的实施提高了术前准备完整率和满意度，降低了并发症发生率，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：先天性小
耳畸形二期手术围手术期护理标准作业流程规范了护士工作程序，使护理操作流程内容更加具体、明确、步骤清晰，具有较
好的指导作用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nursing standard operation procedure in perioperative period during second
stage of ear reconstruction in congenital microtia. Methods From July 2017 to July 2018, 138 cases of congenital microtia
malformation were selected. Among them, 68 cases were used as observation group, and the standard of nursing operation was
used during perioperative period. 70 cases were selected as control group, using routine nursing measures. The integrity rate of
preoperative preparation, the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction of patients and their families were
compared between the two groups. Results Compared with routine nursing measures, the implementation of nursing standard
operation procedure improved the rate of preoperative preparation integrity and satisfaction, and reduced the incidence of
complications. The difference was statistically significant.(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The standard operating procedure of nursing
in the second stage operation of congenital microtia standardizes the working procedure of nurses, which makes the contents of
nursing operation more specific, unambiguous and steps clear, and has a good guiding effect on clinical practice.
