[摘要]目的:探讨CO2点阵激光处理面部整形手术早期切口,预防瘢痕增生的疗效分析。方法:选取201例面部瘢痕和肿物切
除术患者为研究对象,其中98例为激光治疗组,于术后5~7d拆线时开始应用CO2点阵激光对切口进行治疗,治疗间隔4周,
共治疗4次,术后6个月对瘢痕情况进行照相评估。其余103例为对照组,术后早期切口未使用CO2点阵激光处理。对比两组患
者术后6个月照片,应用改良曼彻斯特瘢痕量表(mMSS)进行定量分析,观察CO2点阵激光在早期切口瘢痕增生中的应用效
果。结果:拆线时激光治疗组的mMSS总评分为(15.3±2.34)分,对照组为(15.2±2.18)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意
义(P >0.05);6个月后,治疗组mMSS总评分为(5.4±1.53)分,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),对照组
mMSS总评分为(7.8±1.47)分,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);6个月后治疗组与对照组mMSS总评分相比,
差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后6个月治疗组mMSS各单项评分:VAS、瘢痕颜色、平整度和外形各项数值均较对照组减
少,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:面部整形手术切口在术后拆线时即应用CO2点阵激光,可有效预防手
术切口瘢痕增生。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of the carbon dioxide laser in treating early incision of facial plastic surgery and
preventing scar hyperplasia. Methods 201 patients with facial scar and tumor resection were selected as study subjects, 98
of them were laser treated group. The incision was treated with CO2 laser at 5-7 days after operation. The treatment interval
was 4 weeks and the treatment was 4 times. Radiographic assessment of scar status in patients 6 months after operation. In
addition, 103 cases served as the control group. The early incision was not treated with CO2 lattice laser. The photos of the
control group were compared with that of the laser treatment group 6 months after operation. The quantitative analysis of
modified Manchester scar scale (mMSS) was carried out to observe the effect of CO2 dot array laser on the prevention of scar
proliferation in facial incision. Results The total mMSS score of the laser treatment group was (15.3±2.34) points, while that
of the control group was (15.2±2.18) points. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). After 6
months, the total score of mMSS in the treatment group was (5.4±1.53,P <0.05). The total score of mMSS in the control group
was (7.8±1.47,P <0.05). After 6 months, there was a significant difference in the total mMSS score between the treatment group
and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of CO2 lattice laser in the treatment of facial plastic incision can
effectively prevent the scar proliferation of the surgical incision.
