[摘要]目的：探讨路径化康复管理配合美容修复手术对瘢痕挛缩患者预后的影响。方法：回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年5
月于笔者医院接受瘢痕挛缩修复手术100例患者的诊疗及护理情况。按照护理方式不同，随机分为观察组与对照组。其中
对照组38例，给予门诊瘢痕挛缩修复手术及常规护理；观察组62例，在对照组基础上给予路径化康复管理。对比两组患者
术后的美容效果，并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照
组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：路径化康复管理配合美容修复手术能有效提高手术的治疗效果与患者的护理
满意度，降低并发症发生率，且能有效改善瘢痕挛缩患者的预后情况。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of path rehabilitation management combined with cosmetic repair on the prognosis
of patients with scar contracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients undergoing scar contracture repair surgery
in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were conducted. All patients were randomly divided into observation group
and control group according to different nursing methods. 38 patients in the control group were treated with scar contracture
repair and routine nursing, and 62 patients in the observation group were given clinical path nursing on the basis of the control
group. The cosmetic effect, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results
The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was
statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in
the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group
was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Pathway rehabilitation management combined with cosmetic repair surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of
surgery and patients’satisfaction with nursing, reduce the incidence of complications, and effectively improve the prognosis of
patients with scar contracture.
