摘要:
[摘要]损容性皮肤病往往反复发作、迁延难愈，是临床常见的难治性皮肤病。丁慧教授擅长中医治疗岭南地区损容性皮肤
病，认为岭南地区损容性皮肤病呈鲜明的地域特点，与岭南地区气候地理环境、饮食习惯、生活节奏等密切相关，临床以阴
虚湿热证多见。治疗上主张以脾为要，注重调护脾胃，养阴、祛湿、清热三法并用，从根本上协调阴虚湿热的矛盾,治疗上
需注意养阴不可碍脾土，清热不可伐脾阳，祛湿不可劫胃阴，使邪去正安，悦色养颜。此法是治疗岭南地区阴虚湿热型损容
性皮肤病的有效方法，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Beauty-damaging dermatosis is apt to recur and difficult to heal, which is a kind of common but intractable disease
in clinical practice. Professor Ding Hui engaged in medicine for more than 30 years, is good at treating beauty-damaging
dermatosis in Lingnan area by using traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Ding thinks that the Beauty-damaging dermatosis
in Lingnan area is distinctly regional, closely related to the climate and geography environment, eating habits and pace of life
in Lingnan area. The syndrome of Yin deficiency and dampness-heat is especially common in clinical practice. Professor Ding
emphasizes the importance of spleen in treatment, focusing on invigorating spleen and stomach combining nourishing Yin and
eliminating heat and dampness can coordinate the contradiction between Yin deficiency and dampness-heat. Pay attention not
to affect spleen function when nourishing Yin, not to harm spleen Yang when clearing heat, not to rob the stomach Yin when
eliminating dampness, so a more beautiful appearance can be made. It is an effective therapy worthy of clinical application to
treat yin deficiency and dampness-heat disease in Lingnan area spreadly.
