[摘要]目的：探讨光纤溶脂联合A型肉毒毒素注射在下面部轮廓美容中的应用效果。方法：2016年9月-2018年9月，共246例
要求改善下面部形态的女性就医者，分为观察组、对照组1、对照组2，各82例。观察组给予光纤溶脂联合A型肉毒毒素治
疗，光纤溶脂部位包括面颊、下颌缘、下颌区，A型肉毒毒素注射咬肌；对照组1仅采用光纤溶脂治疗，光纤溶脂部位与观察
组相同；对照组2仅采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗，注射部位与观察组相同。观察治疗后疗效并进行对比研究。结果：术后随访
4～6个月，所有观察组就医者下面部脂肪堆积、下颌轮廓及下面部皮肤松弛均得到有效改善。治疗医师、就医者及第三方医师
分别对术前及术后4个月效果进行对比评价，就医者满意率为93.9%，治疗医师满意率为95.1%，第三方医师满意率为95.1%；对
照组1就医者满意率为73.2%，治疗医师满意率为78.0%，第三方医师满意率为75.6%；对照组2就医者满意率为70.7%，治疗医师
满意率为74.4%，第三方医师满意率为73.2%。结论：采用光纤溶脂联合A型肉毒毒素注射改善下面部轮廓疗效良好，下面部脂
肪堆积、下颌轮廓及下面部皮肤松弛均得到有效改善，创伤小，效果明显，满意率高，无明显并发症，值得临床应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of faber de-fatting combined with botulinum toxin type A in lower facial
cosmetology. Methods From September 2016 to September 2018, a total of 246 female beauty seekers were divided into the
observation group, the control group 1 and the control group 2, 82 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group
were treated with faber de-fatting combined with botulinum toxin type A. The faber de-fatting sites included cheek, mandibular
margin and mandibular region. Botulinum toxin type A was injected into masseter muscle. The control group 1 was treated
with faber de-fatting, and the faber de-fatting site was the same as that of the observation group. The control group 2 were
treated with botulinum toxin type A injection, and the injection site was the same as that of the observation group. Observed
the curative effect after treatment and made a comparative study. Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 6 months,
the fat accumulation, mandibular contour and skin relaxation were effectively improved in all the patients in the observation
group. Therapists, beauty seekers and third-party physicians evaluated the effects of preoperative and postoperative 4 months
respectively. The satisfaction rates of beauty seekers, therapists and third-party physicians were 93.9%, 95.1% and 95.1%,
respectively. In the control group 1, the satisfaction rate of beauty seekers was 73.2%, that of therapists was 78.0%, and that of
third-party doctors was 75.6%. In the control group 2, the satisfaction rate of beauty seekers was 70.7%, that of therapists was
74.4%, and that of third-party doctors was 73.2%. Conclusion Faber de-fatting combined with botulinum toxin type A improve
the shape of the lower facial with good effect. Fat accumulation in the lower part, mandibular contour and skin relaxation in the
lower part were effectively improved. The combined application has high satisfaction rate and no obvious complications, which
is worthy of clinical application.
