[摘要]目的：探讨Er:YAG激光在口腔种植二期手术中的应用，并总结围手术期护理配合经验。方法：选择首都医科大学附属
北京朝阳医院口腔外科2017年1月-2018年9月收治的90例行单颗种植修复的二期手术患者，采用简单随机抽样法将其分为对
照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组：种植二期手术行传统切开缝合法；观察组：采用Er:YAG激光切开法，比较两组手术时
间、出血量、疼痛及愈合情况，术后随访3个月观察两组修复效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后6hVAS评分和
愈合时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t =6.678、9.369、15.510、19.133，P＜0.01）；术后3个月评估显示观察组修
复效果优于对照组（Z =-3.407，P ＜0.05），牙龈美观度和功能恢复更佳；观察组患者手术护理质量满意度95.56%，高于对
照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.050，P ＜0.05）。结论：口腔种植二期手术中运用Er:YAG激光效果显著，给予完
善的围手术期护理工作是确保修复效果和提高患者满意度的重要保障。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Er: YAG laser in the second stage of oral implantation operation, and to
summarize the experience of perioperative nursing cooperation. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent second-stage
operation of single implant prosthesis from January 2017 to September 2018 in Beijing chaoyang hospital affi liated to capital
medical university were selected and divided into control group and observation group by simple random sampling, 45 cases
in each group. The control group was treated with traditional incision and suture in the second stage of implantation operation.
The observation group was treated with Er:YAG laser incision. The operation time, bleeding volume, pain and healing were
compared between the two groups. The effect of the two groups was observed after 3 months of follow-up. Results The
operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, VAS score and healing time at 6 hours after operation in the observation
group were lower than those in the control group (t = 6.678,9.369,15.510,19.133,P ＜0.01). Three months after operation,the
evaluation showed that the repair effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (Z =-3.407, P ＜0.05),
and the aesthetic and functional recovery of gingiva was better in the observation group. Quantity satisfaction was 95.56%
higher than 82.22% of the control group, with a signifi cant difference (χ2= 4.050, P ＜0.05). Conclusion Er: YAG laser is
effective in the second stage of oral implantation surgery. Perfect perioperative nursing is an important guarantee to ensure the
repair effect and improve patient satisfaction.
