摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨积极护理元素对年轻女性烧伤瘢痕整形患者焦虑及美容效果的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2018年5月-8月
收治的100例女性烧伤瘢痕整形患者为对照组，采用常规护理。2018年9月-12月收治的100例女性烧伤瘢痕整形患者为观察
组，在常规护理的基础上采用积极护理元素。比较两组患者的焦虑水平、体象障碍水平、恢复时间以及美容满意度。结
果：观察组干预后的焦虑评分、体象障碍评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的渗出时间、疼痛
患者缓解时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，瘢痕整形满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：积极护理元素能够缓解年轻女性瘢痕整形患者的焦虑情绪，降低体象障碍水平，促进创面愈合，提
升就医体验。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of active nursing elements on anxiety and cosmetic effect of young female patients
with burn scar plastic surgery. Methods 100 cases of young female patients with scar plastic surgery admitted to our hospital
from May to August 2018 were selected as the control group, and they were given routine nursing. 100 cases of young female
patients with scar plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from September to December 2018 were selected as the observation
group, and they were given active nursing elements on the basis of routine nursing. The two groups were compared of anxiety
level, body image disorder level, recovery time and cosmetic satisfaction. Results After intervention, the anxiety score and
the body image disorder score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, and the differences were
statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The exudation time, pain relief time and wound healing time of the observation group
were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of complications were less than that of the control group, and the
satisfaction of scar plastic surgery was higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Active nursing elements
can alleviate the anxiety of young female patients with burn scar plastic surgery, reduce the level of body image disorder,
promote wound healing, and enhance medical experience.
