摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨根尖手术联合骨组织再生术对慢性根尖周炎患者的治疗效果。方法：选取2016年3月-2019年3月笔者医院
诊治的30例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象，收集患者资料，进行回顾性分析。患者接受根尖手术后在骨腔内植入骨替代材
料，并覆盖生物膜。所有患者均于术后半年内复诊，评价患者术后恢复情况。结果：经术后随访，其中1例患者术后30d内有
轻度叩痛，且术后90d内即无明显症状。30例患者均为成功病例，其中好转5例（16.7%），治愈25例（83.3%）。结论：根尖
手术联合引导骨组织再生术治疗慢性根尖周炎患者效果显著，满意度较高。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of root tip surgery combined with bone tissue regeneration on chronic
periodontitis infl ammation. Methods Twelve patients with chronic periodontitis who were diagnosed and treated in the author’s
hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.Patient data were collected for retrospective
analysis.Patients underwent root tip surgery with bone replacement material inserted into the bone cavity and biofi lm covering.
All patients were subsequent visited within half a year after the operation to evaluate their postoperative recovery. Results
After postoperative follow-up,One patient had mild knock pain within 30 days after surgery, and the other two had no obvious
symptoms within 90 days after surgery.All 12 patients were successful,Among them, 2 cases (16.7%) were improved and 10
cases (83.3%) were cured. Conclusion Apical surgery combined with guided bone tissue regeneration has a signifi cant effect
on the treatment of chronic periodontitis with high patient satisfaction.
