摘要:
目的:探讨根尖囊肿修复患者中应用羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷对临床效果的影响。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年9月就诊 于笔者医院的62例根尖囊肿术后发生骨缺损的患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组患者 骨缺损采用明胶海绵修复,观察组患者以羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷填充后采用口腔修复膜覆盖,观察比较两组患者手术实验室 指标表达、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:两组手术前后实验室指标表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 观察组的植骨高度与厚度、生长效果、新生骨密度均明显好于对照组,观察组治疗有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组 (87.10%),不良反应发生率低于对照组(6.45% vs 25.81%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔根尖囊肿 修复患者中应用羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷,可促进愈合,有助于恢复口腔的正常外观和生理功能,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxyapatite bioceramics on clinical outcome in patients undergoing apical cyst repair. Methods A total of 62 patients with bone defect after radicular cyst surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=31) treated with gelatin sponge and observation group (n=31) treated with hydroxyapatite bioceramic filling and prosthodontic membrane covering. The differences in the expression of laboratory indicators before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. The diff erences in the clinical effi cacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in the expression level of laboratory indicators before and after operation between the two groups (P>0.05).The height and thickness, growth eff ect and new bone mineral density of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the treatment response rate in observation group (100.00%) was significantly higher than that in control group (87.10%), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower (6.45% vs. 25.81%), with statistically signifi cant diff erence (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hydroxyapatite bioceramics in patients with oral apical cyst repair can promote bone defect healing and help restore the normal appearance and physiological function of the oral cavity, which is worthy of clinical application.
